MICROCRYSTALLINE HEATING ELEMENT

LL-JRB-003

Compact Long-Life Ceramic Heating Element

The shortest housing in the range for compact water appliances that already provide their own pump, valves and main controller.

LL-JRB-003 is the heating section of an OEM water appliance. It combines the heating path, water housing, inlet/outlet sensing and dual temperature protection. The appliance supplies the pump, valves, main controller and system-level safety logic.

Why this model enters a shortlist

2100 Wrated heating power
1300 mL/minroom-temperature water flow
>10,000 hrated service life
0 MParated pressure

The listed flow is a room-temperature water-path value.

It is not a guaranteed hot-water output. Final outlet temperature and hot-water flow depend on inlet temperature, target temperature, pump curve, voltage, control logic and duty cycle, and must be validated in the target appliance.

The product boundary is clear before integration

LELING supplies the heating element and its component-level protection. The OEM appliance completes water delivery, power control and whole-system safety.

Integration safety note

Dry heating is prohibited. Water flow and protection sequencing must be established by the appliance controller.

LL-JRB-003 integration questions

Is this a complete instant-heating module?

No. It is a heating element. The appliance must provide the pump, valves, main controller, power architecture and system-level protection.

Can the room-temperature flow be used as hot-water output?

No. It describes the water-path test at room temperature. Hot-water output must be calculated and validated for the required temperature rise and appliance cycle.

How should it be installed?

Vertically, with the outlet facing upward. The final drawing review must also confirm terminals, grounding, cable routing and available space.

Can it run without water?

No. Dry heating is prohibited. The appliance must establish water flow and protection logic before energizing the heater.
